The Porter Pants are designed to carry all your precious cargo when you are out and about on your adventures.
These pants are easy fitting, with an elastic waist and a fly front closure. 5 different pockets (8 in total), some with zippers and some with flaps for peace of mind. Top stitching, buttons and buttonholes, and/or drawstring hem will be an options for those who want an extra challenge.
This class was developed as one of our Sew-ciology lvl 3 classes, although it is available to everyone.
In this class the skills learned in sew 1 & 2 will be put into practical application in creating these cargo pants. The class will be taught in 3 - 3hour sessions for a total of 9 hours.
All fabrics and notions are included in the price of the class.
There will be 4 twill colours to choose from, Black, Charcoal, Taupe and Sage
or a Chambray (lightweight denim)
Fabric will need to be picked up and pre-washed prior to the class.
Learn in a relaxed environment where all things necessary to sew are in studio. The classroom is fully equipped with sewing machines and all the tools and notions you need to complete your project.
Small classes mean more time with your instructor.There is a watercooler and washroom for your convenience. No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom.
Please bring slippers or indoor shoes for the classroom.
