Re aquaint yourself with your love of sewing. There is always something new to learn in the art of sewing, whether is new fabrics, tools or techniques.
In this class we will talk about fabrics, their properties, care and how to test for fibre content. Best sewing practices for different fabrics, how to prepare your fabric, what needles are best, and how to stabilize your fabrics for sewing. In addition we will talk about interfacing, interlining, & lining.
You will get an introduction to some cool new sewing notions & tools that make your sewing life sew much easier.

Every project you complete adds to your sewing skills that can be used on future projects. Learn by doing.

The sewing studio is fully stocked with all the machines and tools to complete your project.

Fabrics and notions are included in the cost of the workshop.
