Have you ever wondered what the difference is between rayon, viscose, and Tencel? Is satin the same as silk? Why does cotton shrink while polyester melts? How can you tell whether a fabric is natural or man-made? And why do some fabrics require a ballpoint needle while others don't?

Sew many questions will be answered in our new Introduction to Textiles class!

Join Beth as she unravels the mysteries of fabric, fibre, and sewing supplies. You'll learn about different textile types, their properties, how they're made, and how to choose the right materials and tools for your projects.
